Influence of Laser Beam on Mechanical Properties of PMMA Samples
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem řezných parametrů CO2 laserového zařízení ILS 3NM na mechanické vlastnosti polymethylmethakrylátu (PMMA). K výrobě zkušebních vzorků byly použity čočky o rozdílných ohniskových vzdálenostech a různé řezné rychlosti. Následně byly vzorky podrobeny zkoušce tahem, ohybem a zkoušce mikrotvrdosti.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focusing on the influence of cutting parameters of the CO2 laser device ILS 3NM on mechanical properties of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). Lenses with different focal lengths and different cutting speeds were used to produce the test specimens. Subsequently, the samples were subjected to tensile, bending and microhardness tests.
