Possibilities of determining contamination by diesel engine oil with the addition of bio

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi stanovení kontaminace motorového oleje naftou s přídavkem biokomponenty a jejich komparací. Byly připraveny modelové standardní vzorky motorového oleje specifikace 15W-40 s přídavkem motorové nafty s biokomponentou MEŘO (v rozsahu koncentrací motorové nafty 0-7,6 % hm.) a u těchto vzorků byla hodnocena změna viskozity, hustoty, bodu vzplanutí a dále stanovena koncentrace obsahu paliva FTIR spektrometrií a přístrojem FUEL DILUTION METER. Získané výsledky byly vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the possibilities of determining contamination of engine oil by the diesel with the addition of biocomponent and their comparisons. Were prepared standard model samples of engine oil specifications 15W-40 with the addition of diesel fuel with biocomponents FAME (concentration range diesel 0-8 % wt.) and these samples were evaluated by the change of viscosity, density, flash point and further were specify concentration determined amount of fuel FTIR spectroscopy and by apparatus FUEL DILUTION METER. The results were statistically analyzed.
