Abstract:
Bakalářské práce je zaměřená na problematiku fyzického přetížení pracovníků a s tím spojených zdravotních pro-blémů. Cílem je vytvoření regeneračních cviků pro mon-tážní pracovníky. Jednotlivé cviky jsou navrženy tak, aby byly co nejjednodušší a použitelné pro co nejširší skupinu lidí. Bachelor's thesis is aimed on the issue of overload work-ers and related health problems. The goal is to create a regeneration exercises for assembly workers. Exercises are designed to be as simple and applicable to the widest possible group of people.
