Práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se přerozdělení fiskálních kompetencí z centrální úrovně na úrovně nižší. Thesis is focused on issues relating redistribution of fiscal competences from central level to lower levels of government. Revenues and expenditures of all government levels are analyzed within budgetary system, subsequently the level of fiscal decentralization in Czech Republic is calculated.
