Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou potransfuzních reakcí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na fyziologii krve a historii aplikace transfuzí. Dále seznamuje s předtransfuzním vyšetřením, druhy transfuzních přípravků a indikacemi k aplikaci a samotnou aplikací. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of transfusion reactions. The theoretical part is focused on the physiology of blood and the history of application of transfusions. It also acquaints with pre-transfusion testing, types of transfusion preparations and indications for application and the application itself.
