Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá Přímou volbou prezidenta republiky. První část se věnuje charakteristickému postavení prezidenta republiky v parlamentním, prezidentském a poloprezidentském systému. Druhá část se pak věnuje samotné volbě prezidenta republiky.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the direct election of the President of the Republic. The first part discuss the characteristic prezidents position in parlamentary, presidential and semi-presidential system. The second part is about actual direct election of the President.
