Abstract:

Používání umělé inteligence mezi HR systémy se stává běžnou záležitostí. Jeho skutečný dopad, přínosy a dopady na náklady však nebyly plně prozkoumány, zejména v rozvojových zemích, jako je Keňa. Studie se proto snažila zjistit dopad umělé inteligence na ERP mezi HR náborovými firmami v Keni. Studie byla vedena těmito cíli: Vyhodnotit dopad začlenění umělé inteligence do ERP systémů na procesy náboru lidských zdrojů mezi HR firmami v Keni; Prozkoumat výhody plynoucí z implementace umělé inteligence v systémech ERP v procesech náboru lidských zdrojů mezi HR firmami v Keni; Prozkoumat nákladové důsledky přijetí umělé inteligence v systémech ERP na procesy náboru lidských zdrojů mezi HR firmami v Keni. Tato studie je založena na modelu technologického přijetí. Studie využívá design deskriptivního průzkumu a použití kvantitativního výzkumného přístupu. Cílovou populaci pro tuto studii tvoří 6 HRM firem s 31 senior HR profesionály se sídlem v Nairobi County. Data byla sbírána pomocí dotazníků. Studie prokázala, že přínosy integrace umělé inteligence do procesů náboru lidských zdrojů byly vnímány obecně pozitivně. Objevily se však obavy týkající se ochrany osobních údajů, řízení organizačních změn, přesunu pracovních míst a sociální dynamiky. Studie odhalila, že integrace umělé inteligence do procesů náboru lidských zdrojů v Keni má mnoho vnímaných výhod, včetně zvýšení efektivity, úspory času, lepšího rozhodování, podpory spravedlivých náborových postupů, snížení chybovosti a lepších zkušeností kandidátů. Studie odhalila, že většina respondentů uznává potenciální výhody technologií AI, ale také uznává značné náklady a investice spojené s jejich implementací, údržbou a přizpůsobením. Studie doporučuje, aby organizace upřednostňovaly řešení problémů souvisejících s ochranou osobních údajů, řízením organizačních změn, přesunem pracovních míst a sociální dynamikou.

Abstract:

The use of Artificial Intelligence among HR systems is becoming commonplace. However, its actual impact, benefits and cost implications have not been fully investigated especially in developing countries like Kenya. The study therefore sought to establish the impact of Artificial Intelligence on ERPs among HR recruitment firms in Kenya. The study was guided by these objectives: To evaluate the impact of incorporating artificial intelligence in ERP systems on human resource recruitment processes among HR firms in Kenya; To investigate the benefits derived from implementing artificial intelligence in ERP systems on human resource recruitment processes among HR firms in Kenya; To explore the cost implications of adopting artificial intelligence in ERP systems on human resource recruitment processes among HR firms in Kenya. This study is grounded on Technology Acceptance Model. The study employs descriptive survey design and use of quantitative research approach. The target population for this study comprises of 6 HRM firms with 31 senior HR professionals situated in Nairobi County and used 31 senior HR professionals selected through census method. Data was collected using questionnaires. The study established that there was a generally positive perception of the benefits of AI integration into HR recruitment processes. There were however concerns related to data privacy, organizational change management, job displacement, and social dynamics. The study revealed that there are numerous perceived benefits of AI integration into HR recruitment processes in Kenya, including efficiency gains, time savings, improved decision-making, promotion of fair hiring practices, error reduction, and enhanced candidate experiences. The study revealed that most of the respondents recognize the potential benefits of AI technologies but also acknowledge the significant costs and investments involved in their implementation, maintenance, and customization. The study recommends that organizations should prioritize addressing concerns related to data privacy, organizational change management, job displacement, and social dynamics.
