Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu podmínek, na jejichž základě je možné omezit vlastnické právo v důsledku právní úpravy sousedských vztahů v občanském zákoníku. Práce se nejprve se zabývá pojmem vlastnického práva, posouzením přípustnosti různých druhů omezení vlastnického práva a následně analyzuje jednotlivé případy omezení v rámci regulace sousedských vztahů. This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the conditions for ownership restrictions as a result of the legal regulation of neighborly realtions. At first the thesis deals with concept of ownership, with assessing the admissibility of various types of restrictions, then analyzes individual cases of restrictions within the legal regulation of neighborly realtions.
