Identification of the crisis in the company and its potential solutions, compilation of the crisis plan

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice krize v podniku, konkrétně krizi ve společnosti České loděnice, a.s. Práce se primárně zabývá odhalováním možných příčin krize a finanční analýzou společnosti, která je zaměřena na vývoj finanční situace společnosti České loděnice v letech 2005-2015. Rešeršní část práce se věnovala obecně problematice krize v podniku - jejím formám, vývojovým stádiím, úsporným režimům a strategiím, které mohou podnikům pomoci zlepšit nejen jejich finanční situaci v období krize. V rámci bakalářské práce byl zjišťován i tržní podíl ČR v oblasti stavby lodí v rámci Evropy a v rámci světa. Po provedené finanční analýze a zjištění možných příčin krize byla pro společnost sestavena doporučení, která by společnosti měla napomoci ke zlepšení její krizové situace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the crisis in the company, namely the crisis in the company České loděnice, a.s. The thesis is primarily focused on revealing the possible causes of the crisis and the financial analysis of the company which is focused on the development of the financial situation of the company České loděnice in 2005-2015. The search part was devoted to general problems of the crisis in the company - its forms, developmental stages, saving modes and strategies that can help companies not only improve their financial situation during the crisis. The bachelor thesis also investigated the Czech market share of shipbuilding within Europe and within the world. After the financial analysis and identification of potential causes of the crisis, recommendations were compiled for the company to help the company improve its crisis situation.
