Abstract:
Cílem této práce je charakterizovat alternativní financování- faktoring a forfaiting. V úvodu práce jsou popsány jejich funkce, výhody a nevýhody a grafický popis průběhu faktoringové a forfaitingové operace. Je zde uvedeno i jejich vzájemné srovnání. Aim of this Bachelor is to characterize alternative financing – factoring and forfaiting. In the beginning are described its functions, advantages and disadvantages and grafical ilustration of factoring and forfaiting operation. Their comparation is also stated.
