Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z moderních systémů řízení zásob systémem Kanban. V první, rešeršní části práce, jsou popsány základní nástroje používané v oblasti řízení zásob. This diploma thesis is focused to one of the modern ways of raw material management Kanban system. The first, theoretical part describes the basic tools used in raw material management.
