Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu ve vybrané společnosti. Výstupem z analýzy jsou navržená opatření, která zlepšují samotný výrobní proces. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je tvořena literární rešerší se zaměřením na výrobní procesy, řízení výroby, analytické metody a ergonomii. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the production process in selected company. The output of the analysis is the proposed measures that improve the production process. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part.
