Construction and Renovation of Scout Clubhouses - Usual Financing Schemes

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje finanční schémata výstavby skautských kluboven v České republice, které jsou využívány pro pravidelnou činnost skautského hnutí. V teoretické části je rozebráno téma nestátních neziskových organizací a téma investiční výstavby. Empirická část se věnuje popisu skautského hnutí, specifikuje financování a zejména předkládá analýzu čtyř ilustrativních projektů investiční výstavby skautských kluboven. Následně jsou výsledky diskutovány za účelem odhalení obvyklých finančních schémat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes the financial schemes of the construction of the Scout clubhouses in the Czech Republic which are used for a regu-lar activities of the Scout movement. The theoretical part examines the topic of non-governamental organizations and capital construction. The empirical part focuses on describing the Scout movement, specifying its funding and particularly presenting an analysis of four illustrative pro-jects of capital construction of Scout clubhouses. Subsequently, the re-sults are discussed to reveal common financial schemes.
