Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými možnostmi diagnostiky Downova syndromu v prenatálním období. Tvoří ji celkem tři části. První dvě části jsou čistě teoretické a zabývají se charakteristikou Downova syndromu a popisem diagnostických metod využívaných k prenatální diagnostice v ČR. The main topics of this Bachelor thesis are present possibilities of diagnostics of Down's syndrome during prenatal phase. It consists of three parts. First two parts are purely theoretical . They're focused mainly on characteristics of Down's syndrome and description of diagnostic methods used for prenatal diagnostics in our country. Third part is practical.
