This thesis deals with the Choice of law issues of non-contractual obligations arising out of violation of privacy and rights relating to personality. The thesis is devided into three main parts. Táto dizertačná práca je zameraná na rozbor kolíznej problematiky mimozmluvných záväzkov vyplývajúcich z porušovania osobnostných práv a súkromia. Práca sa skladá z troch hlavných kapitol. V prvej kapitole budú analyzované vonkajšie podmienky vplývajúce na kolízne riešenie.
