Abstract:
Touto prací chci popsat současný právní stav a jeho použití v praxi v obchodní společnosti. Probrat složitou problematiku a návaznost zákona a služeb, které jsou přímo vázány na dovoz a vývoz zboží.
Abstract:
This work I describe the current legal situation and its use in practice in a company. Discuss the complex issues of law a continuity of services that are directly linked to imports and exports of goods.
