Folikulární lymfom (FL) je nejčastějším typem indolentního ne-Hodgkinského lymfomu. Zásadní roli v patogenezi tohoto onemocnění sehrává deregulace epigenomu a změny v mikroprostředí. Abstract:
Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the most common indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Deregulation of epigenome and changes in the microenvironment have a prominent role in the pathogenesis of this disease.
