Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá řešením problematiky „brownfield“ aplikované na konkrétní oblast v centru města Suchdol nad Lužnicí spolu s přilehlým parkem. Po shrnutí základních informací, určení problémů a jejich řešení jsou v bakalářské práci popsány jednotlivé objekty a plochy řešené oblasti s návrhy na jejich využití, rekonstrukce či demolice. This bachelor thesis is dealing with the application of „brownfield problematic“ on a specific area in the centre of Suchdol nad Lužnicí along with a nearby park. First there is a summary of basic informations, and determination of problems and their solutions.
