Dne 1.1.2010 nabyl účinnosti nový trestní zákoník, mezi jehož nejvýznamnější změny patří nová kategorizace trestných činů. Zákoník zavádí kategorizaci trestných činů ve formě bipartice a dělí tak trestné činy na zločiny a přečiny. Abstract:
The new Criminal Code came into force on 1.1.2010. The most significant change is new categorization of criminal acts. The new code introduces so-called bipartition and divides criminal acts into crimes and misdemeanors.
