Abstract:
Diplomová práce mapuje změny, které jsou očekávány v personální oblasti podniků v důsledku zavádění prvků a principů čtvrté průmyslové revoluce. Práce se opírá o sekundární analýzu aktuálních zdrojů a především o unikátní kvalitativní výzkum s účastí předních HR manažerů. The thesis charts the changes that are expected in personnel-related areas of businesses due to the introduction of elements and principles of the fourth industrial revolution.
