Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma spokojenosti pacientů s podávanou stravou v nemocnici, jenž je nezbytnou součástí zdravotní péče, která reaguje na potřeby hospitalizovaných. Má za cíl zmapovat, jak ovlivňuje strava a její způsob podávání spokojenost pacientů v nemocnici a na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení s ohledem na možnostmi zdravotnických zařízení.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the topic of patient satisfaction with the food served in the hospital, which is an essential part of health care that responds to the needs of hospitalized patients.To map how diet and the way it is served affects patient satisfaction in the hospital and, based on the results, to propose recommendations for improvement in accordance with the capabilities of healthcare facilities …more
