Abstract:

Práce se zabývá využitím metod přenosu učení za účelem zefektivnění segmentace obrazu pomocí modelu U-Net. Cílem segmentace jsou zuby na panoramatických dentálních rentgenových snímcích. V teoretické části je popsána problematika strojového učení, neuronových sítí a přenosu učení. V praktické části je charakterizována architektura modelu U-Net a Siamských sítí. Následně je porovnán U-Net model učený bez předchozí znalosti a modifikovaný U-Net s využitím přenosu učení z jiné úlohy. V poslední části je porovnána přesnost segmentace upraveného a neupraveného modelu.

Abstract:

The thesis explores the potential of utilizing transfer learning methods to enhance image segmen tation using the U-Net model. The goal of the segmentation is to identify teeth in panoramic dental X-ray images. The theoretical part describes the issues of machine learning, neural networks, and transfer learning. The practical part characterizes the architecture of the U-Net model and Siamese networks. Subsequently, a comparison is made between a U-Net model trained without prior knowledge and a modified U-Net using transfer learning from a different task. In the final part, the accuracy of segmentation of the modified and unmodified models is compared.
