Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na financování Základní umělecké školy Josefa Kličky Klatovy, zřizované Plzeňským krajem, kterou srovnává se Základní uměleckou školou J. S. Bacha Dobřany, již zřizuje obec. V teoretické části se zabývá vývojem uměleckého vzdělávání na našem území, současnou situací a způsoby financování základních uměleckých škol. This bachelor's thesis focuses on funding of the J. Klicka Arts School Klatovy, in the Pilsen region. The theoretical section describes the development of arts education in the Czech Republic, current situation and methods of funding arts schools. The practical section describes the J.
