Diplomová práce zpracovává problematiku zásady subsidiarity trestní represe v souvislosti s jejím zakotvením do trestního zákoníku, se zaměřením na možnosti jejího uplatňování v praxi orgánů činných v trestním řízení. The thesis is concerned with the principle of Subsidiarity of Criminal Repression with connection to its placement in the Criminal Code, focusing on possibilities of its application in law enforcement.
