Diplomová práce je věnována syndromu vyhoření a faktorům ovlivňujícím jeho výskyt. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním syndromu vyhoření, historií, příznaky, diagnostikou, léčbou a prevencí tohoto stavu. Empirická část objasňuje závislost mezi vybranými sociodemografickými údaji a vyhořením u nelékařů, dále zjišťuje závislost mezi vzděláním, pohlavím a znalostí problematiky syndromu vyhoření. This diploma thesis is dedicated to the burnout and factors influencing its incidence. The theoretical section deals with the burnout definition, its history, symptoms, diagnostics, treatment and prevention. The empiric section explains relationships between selected sociodemographic data and the burnout of paramedical staff.
