Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem komunistické propagandy na hudbu a hudební výchovu v Československé republice v období 1948-1989. Cílem práce je popsat změny a adaptace, kterými musela hudební kultura projít kvůli politickému tlaku a požadavkům režimu. Práce se snaží identifikovat strategie propagandy, které ovlivňovaly hudební tvorbu, distribuci a vzdělávání. Vymezuje roli spolků a organizací, které byly vytvořeny za účelem kontroly umělců, hudebníků a učitelů. V první části je definován pojem propaganda a jeho historický kontext s přihlédnutím na spojitost s uměním. Zbytek práce se věnuje popisu konkrétních projevů komunistické propagandy při ovlivňování hudebního života a vlivu hudební propagandy na běžný život.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of communist propaganda on music and music education in the Czechoslovak Republic in the period 1948-1989. The aim of the thesis is to describe the changes and adaptations that music culture had to undergo due to the political pressure and demands of the regime. The thesis seeks to identify the propaganda strategies that influenced music production, distribution and education. It delineates the role of associations and organizations that were created to control artists, musicians and teachers. The first part defines the term propaganda and its historical context, taking into account its connection to the arts. The remainder of the thesis is devoted to describing specific manifestations of communist propaganda in influencing musical life and the impact of musical propaganda on everyday life.
