Hlavním cílem mé práce je zjistit, jaký vztah k profesi mají sociální pracovníci, působící v sociálně terapeutických dílnách ve Zlínském kraji, a které aspekty by tento vztah mohly změnit. V teoretické části charakterizuji osobnost sociálního pracovníka, vlivy, které na něj mohou při práci působit a dále práci v týmu, pracovními procesy, přístupy. My main goal is to find out how to relate to the profession the social workers involved in social therapy workshops in the Zlín Region and which aspects of such a relationship could change. The theoretical part describes the personality of the social worker's influence, which it can operate at work and teamwork, work processes and approaches.
