Valuation for asset management

Abstract:

The purpose of the recent work is the introduction of trusteeship of the national property (especial the real estate property) and its utilization. My aim is to show that handling the national assets is a special form of trusteeship, which can significantly influence the run of the economy, though not through the regular economic rules but within the market’s possibilities. The state as owner and as market performer plays a unique role in the economy, particularly in the market’s ruling and influencing through legal rules, which itself contains the possibilities of creating new workplaces.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej práce je prestavenie správy majetku inštitúcií/nehnuteľností, v rámci nej možnosti ich využitia, zužitkovania. Mojim cieľom je poukázať na skutočnosť, že hospodárenie s národným majetkom je takou špecifickou formou správy majetku, ktorá výrazným spôsobom dokáže ovplyvniť vývoj ekonomiky, ale nie bezpodmienečne podľa bežných pravidiel trhu, ale v rámci jeho možností. Štát, ako majiteľ a účastník trhu má samostatnú funkciu v hospodárskom živote, v prvom rade v regulácií trhu, resp. vplyvom právnych predpisom, čo zahŕňa v sebe aj možnosti tvorby pracovných miest.
