Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku trestů a ochranných opatření, dle zákonů platných na území České republiky. V úvodu práce je popsána podstata a účel trestu a ochranných opatření, teorie trestání a základní zásady pro ukládání trestů.
