Abstract:

Tato výzkumná práce zkoumá vztah mezi imigrací z deseti zemí náchylných k terorismu k deseti cílovým zemím v Evropě zkoumáním dopadu restriktivnosti migračních politik, které přistěhovalci dodržují.Za tímto účelem je přezkoumána literatura, která podporuje negativní a pozitivní vztah mezi přistěhovalectvím a terorismem, jakož i literatura z hlediska pozitivních a negativních výsledků pro počet teroristických útoků, které vyplývají ze zvýšené restriktivity migračních politik v Evropě.Kvantitativní analýza je navíc prováděna pomocí modelu regresí s pevným účinkem, u kterého jsou údaje z různých zdrojů, jako je globální datový soubor teroristů, determinanty mezinárodní migrace, index mezinárodní politiky migrantů a ukazatele světového rozvoje, a jsou zahrnuty do deseti nejvíce náchylných k terorismu. zemí, nastíněné jako takové Institutem pro ekonomiku a mír. Proměnné, které jsou vybrány jako kontroly, jsou odvozeny ze zjištění přezkumu literatury a jsou to pracovní mobilita, trvalý pobyt, sloučení rodiny, politická účast, nediskriminace, HDP na obyvatele, index GINI a zaměstnanost.

Abstract:

This research paper examines the relationship between immigration from ten terrorist-prone countries to ten destination countries in Europe, by exploring the effect of the restrictiveness of migration policies that the immigrants comply with.For this purpose, literature that supports a negative and positive relationship between immigration and terrorism is reviewed, as well as the literature in terms of the positive and negative outcomes for the number of terrorist attacks that arise from the increased restrictiveness of migration policies in Europe.In addition, a quantitative analysis is conducted through a fixed effect regression model, for which data from various sources such as Global Terrorist Dataset, Determinants of International Migration, Migrant International Policy Index and World Development Indicators and are accounted for the ten most terror-prone countries, outlined as such by the Institute for Economics and Peace. The variables which are chosen as controls are derived from the literature review findings and are labour mobility, permanent residence, family reunion, political participation, anti-discrimination, GDP per capita, GINI index and employment.
