Abstract:

PÜŠPÖKYOVÁ, Valéria. Ethical problems of incoming tourism, taking into account cultural differences of clients, and possibilities of their prevention. [Bachelor's thesis] Institute of hospitality management. Prague: 2017. 74 prages. My bachelor's thesis is focused on ethical problems of incoming tourism, taking into account cultural differences of clients, and possibilities of their prevention. The aim is to analyze the the specifics of chinese clientele and their reflection in tourism. The other aim is to point out the cultural differences in the behavior of these clients, while trying to suggest possibilities of preventing the conflicts based on these differences. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is focused on basic terms and their deffinitions, like ethics, morals, values, culture, cultural relativism and globalization. The second part is dedicated to chinese culture and ethics and their sources, and how they nowadays affect the behavior of Chinese people. Then I describe the basic aspects of inbound tourism from this country, and in the conceptual part I offer my own ways of dealing with these ethical problems.

Praha: 2017. 74 strán. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na etické problémy príjazdového cestovného ruchu s prihliadnutím ku kultúrnym odlišnostiam klientov a možnosti ich predchádzania. Cieľom práce je analyzovať špecifiká čínskej klientely a ich následný odraz v cestovnom ruchu. Sekundárnym cieľom je poukázať na kultúrne odlišnosti v jej správaní a jednaní, a navrhnúť možnosti predchádzania konfliktom prameniacich z týchto rozdielov. Práca je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá je zameraná na základné pojmy a ich vysvetlenie, ako etika, morálka, hodnoty, kultúra, kultúrny relativizmus a globalizácia. Druhá časť sa venuje čínskej kultúre a etike, ich prameňom a prejavu v súčasnom správaní obyvateľov Číny. Ďalej popisujem základné aspekty príjazdového cestovného ruchu z tejto krajiny a v návrhovej časti ponúkam vlastný názor na riešenie spomenutých etických problémov.
