Abstract:

Případová studie mapující přípravu Kreativního centra v Brně využívá vzájemně obohacujícího se vztahu přístupů policy transferu a actor-network theory, aby Kreativní centrum v hustém popisu zpřístupnila jako výsledek práce aktérů v šíření faktů a sítí. Městský prostor, se kterým se plánovači při své práci setkávají, je hybridní a víceznačný, stejně jako nové projekty stavějící na transformaci prostoru v místo a sloužící ke zatraktivnění města. Kultura, ekonomika a politika se dostávají do nových vztahů. Při zavádění nového projektu, zpřístupněného v zahraničních příkladech dobré praxe, musí aktéři produkovat fakta, přesvědčovat o nich strategické spojence a purifikovat hybridní realitu, což jim usnadňuje šířit sítě. Při svém pohybu v sítích jsou lidští i ne-lidští aktéři vystaveni kontroverzím, které musí ustalovat další prací, a tím získávají nové kompetence.

Abstract:

This case study is following the preparation of the project the Creative Centre Brno. It is based on the mutually enriching relationship of the policy transfer and the actor-network theory. In a thick description it brings closer depicts the Creative Centre in the work of the acters as result of the purification work of these actors in spreading facts and networks. The urban space, that are the planners confronted with during their work, is hybrid and ambiguous as well as the new projects based on the transformation of space into place and directed to promote the atractiveness of the city. Culture, economics and politics are entwined in new relationships. During the implementation of the new project brought from abroad in best practices the actors must produce new facts, convince the strategic allies of their significance and purify the hybrid reality, which enables them to spread the networks. As they are moving through the networks, the human and non-human networks face controversies. They have to settle them with additional work and achieve thereby new competencies.
