Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu na založení cukrárny v malé obci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které souvisejí s tvorbou podnikatelského plánu a následně je popsána struktura pro jeho realizaci. V praktické části je na základě teoretických poznatků a analýzy situace vytvořen podnikatelský plán na založení cukrárny.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the creating a business plan for the establishment of a confectionery in a small village. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts related to the creation of a business plan and then describes the structure for its implementation.
