Pohon separátoru kamení

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh převodového systému separátoru kamení. Kompletní sestava se skládá z elektromotoru, kotoučové spojky, dvoustupňové převodovky, řetězového převodu a separátoru. Pro vybrané prvky převodovky jsou vypracovány pevnostní výpočty a provedena kontrola. Dále práce obsahuje 3D model sestavy pohonu, a výkresovou dokumentaci některých dílů.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the design of the transmission system for separator stones. The completed assembly consists of an electric motor, disc clutch, two-speed gearbox, chain transmission and separator. The strength calculation for the selected elements of gearbox was done.
