Tématem práce je rozbor zajišťovacích institutů trestního řádu, které jsou přímo realizovány policejními orgány. V práci je uvedeno srovnání těchto institutů a oprávnění Policie ČR dle zákona o PČR. V práci provedeno srovnání předchozí a současné právní úpravy zákona o PČR. The topic of this work is analysis of provision of means according to Code of Criminal Procedure, which are directly provided by Police authority.
