Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými právními otázkami, jež se vztahují k problematice letišť z hlediska vnitrostátní právní úpravy. Poukazuje na nejasně definované vztahy mezi vlastníky letišť, jejich provozovateli a vlastníky letištních pozemků a možnost jejich řešení pomocí institutu věcného břemene. The diploma thesis deals with selected legal aspects concerning airports within the domestic law. It refers to ill-defined relations among airport owners, airport operators and airport land owners and the possible solution to the problem using the instrument of easement.
