Abstract:
Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na vztah mezi vzděláním a trhem práce na úrovni Organizace pro hospodářskou spolupráci a rozvoj (OECD). Práce nejprve definuje lidský kapitál, investice do jeho rozvoje a způsoby jeho měření. Druhá část práce analyzuje vybrané indikátory týkající se lidského kapitálu, vzdělání a trhu práce, které každoročně zveřejňuje OECD v publikaci Education at a Glance. Další …more

Presented diploma thesis is focused on the relationship between education and the labor market at the level of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
