Bakalářská práce se zabývá kultivačním vyšetřením moči s využitím podpůrných metod. Teoretická část zpracovává poznatky o mikrobiologické diagnostice moči. Obsah teoretické části náznakově zasahuje i do tématu vzniku biologického materiálu. Část práce se věnuje infekcím močových cest. Jejich patogenezi, etiologii a nastínění následné terapie. This Bachelor's thesis deals with an evaluation of various methods of urine sample cultivation. The theoretical introduction deals with an overview of the microbiological analysis of urine. This section also touches upon the theme of the propagation of biological materials. Part is focused on urine tract infections, their pathogenesis, etiology and treatment.
