Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na institut zákazu plnění ze smlouvy v jednotlivých právních úpravách veřejných zakázek v České republice. Institut bude vždy analyzován z hlediska legislativního zpracování v rámci daného právního předpisu a následně bude rozebrána jeho praktická aplikace na základě rozhodovací praxe orgánu dohledu. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of proposal on prohibition of contract performance in public procurement acts in the Czech Republic. The topic is going to be analysed from the legislative view in the particular acts and consequently also from the perspective of decision making practice of the reviewing body.
