Anotácia:

Tato práce se věnuje procesu tvorby a implementace balance score cards (dále BSC) ve společnosti, která působí v oblasti tiskových služeb v České republice. Tvorba měřitelných ukazatelů je vyústěním vytvořené business strategie, která byla vypraco-vána v rámci bakalářské práce. Skupina měřitelných ukazatelů byla sestavena pro jednotlivé perspektivy, tedy finanční, zákaznickou, procesní a perspektivu zaměst-nanců. Projekt byl úspěšně představen top managementu společnosti a schválen s rozhodnutím k implementaci.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the process of creation and implementation of Balanced Score-cards (BSC) in company with the main focus on print services in the Czech Republic. The definition of strategic targets is based on the internal and external strategic ana-lysis and these targets serve as the milestones for achieving the global company (business) strategy. The thesis identifies the initial situation with the proposal and assessment of the strategic options, thus their assets and risks. The part "Strategic target and strategic action plans" embraces strategic targets and proposals for strate-gic action plans which include concrete steps/projects of the strategic target imple-mentation, key performance indicators of the action plan implementation, the cost estimation of the action plan implementation and key success indicators.
