Abstract:

This bachelor thesis delves into the realm of effective time management within a specific company operating in the conference business sector. Time management is a critical aspect of organizational success, impacting productivity, performance, and overall well-being. Through structured chapters, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of time management dynamics and their consequential impact on organizational functionality. The purpose of the theoretical part of my thesis is to elucidate foundational principles of time management, tracing its historical evolution and exploring key constituents such as productivity, work-life equilibrium, and stress mitigation. Transitioning to the research design phase, I use the methodological framework sheds light on data acquisition processes, research objectives, sampling considerations, and analytical methodologies adopted, including correlation analysis and Cronbach's alpha examination. In the empirical part, I focus on the company Avlante Group s.r.o., serving as the focal point for empirical inquiry. Demographic attributes, descriptive statistical insights, Cronbach's alpha evaluations, and model parameter determination are presented, culminating in the synthesis of a final model grounded in numerical values. Subsequently, I proffer a succinct summary of hypotheses and their interpretative implications, rooted in empirical evidence.
