Abstract:
Témou bakalárskej práce je podnik v obchodnom práve. V prvej kapitole popisujeme podnikom a obchodnoprávnymi inštitútmi s nim späté. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na registráciu podniku v obchodnom registri. V tejto časti je popísaný obchodný register a zbierka listín, zapisované údaje a uložené listiny o podniku a jej organizačnej zložke a registrové konanie.
