Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou použitelnosti teorie práva na preemptivní sebeobranu a teorie práva na preventivní sebeobranu na případ zahájení války v Iráku v roce 2003.
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis considers the question of the applicability of the theory of pre-emptive self-defense and the theory of preventive self-defense to the initiation of the Iraqi War in 2003.
