Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je příprava a charakterizace Schiffových bazí a od nich odvozených sekundárních aminů. Základní skelet nových sloučenin je tvořen benzthiazolovým blokem a postranním řetězcem aminokyseliny tyrosinu. Byla provedena literární rešerše s cílem vyhledat přípravy obdobných sloučenin spolu s jejich biologickými vlastnostmi. Získané poznatky byly využity při přípravě pěti nových Schiffových …more
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is preparation and characterization of new Schiff bases and secondary amines. The identical basic skeleton of new compounds contains a molecule of benzothiazole and side chain of amino acide tyrosine.
