Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku analýzy kostí s využitím především chemických a biochemických metod. Zabývá se popisem struktury kostí, kostními onemocněními s důrazem na osteoporózu a také tím, jak chemické látky ovlivňují strukturu kostí. Pozornost je věnována i biomateriálům používaných jako kostní náhrady.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of bone structure analysis with the focal point of utilizing chemical and biochemical methods. It handles description of the bone structure itself and various bone diseases, focusing largely on osteoporosis.
