Qualifications, authorizations and duties of external auditor compared with internal auditor
Abstract:
Abstract Bachelor thesis is devoted to the definition and classification of audit rights and obligations of external and internal auditors and based on the internationally accepted auditing standards and valid Czech legislation. The goal of this work is to determine the common and different character's profession and improve cooperation between them.

Abstrakt Bakalárska práca sa venuje definícii auditu a klasifikácii práv a povinností externého a interného audítora a vychádza z medzinárodne uznávaných audítorských štandardov a platnej českej legislatívy. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vymedzenie spoločných a rozdielnych znakov týchto profesii a vylepšenie ich vzájomnej spolupráce.
