Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá občanským sektorem České republiky, přičemž její empirická část je zaměřena na neziskové organizace, které poskytují služby handicapovaným dětem. První část práce je věnována obecné teorii a vymezení této oblasti života společnosti. Zabývám se zde vymezením a charakteristikou pojmu, uvádím nejpoužívanější označení a definice občanského sektoru a provádím dělení oblasti zájmu podle zásadních kritérií. Ve druhé části práce se již zaměřuji na občanský sektor v České republice. Zabývám se zde historií neziskového sektoru na území České republiky, klíčovými okolnostmi, které měly zásadní vliv na jeho vývoj a jejichž dědictví a následky se promítají i do současnosti. Dále se věnuji analýze současného stavu občanského sektoru České republiky. Analyzuji data ze Satelitního účtu neziskových institucí z let 20052011 a údaje z výzkumů týkajících se třetího sektoru České republiky. Seznamuji s čtyřmi základními právními typy neziskových organizací existujících v České republice a s nejdůležitějšími faktory pro sledování velikosti a stavu organizované občanské společnosti. Třetí část práce je empirická a vychází z vlastního výzkumu. Jako zdroje dat jsem použila výsledky vlastního pozorování, rozhovory a dotazník. Tato část práce obsahuje nejprve případovou studii konkrétní neziskové organizace, která poskytuje služby a pomoc handicapovaným dětem. Další případová studie se týká letního rekondičního pobytu pro handicapované děti a mládež. Cílem této části práce je pomocí konkrétních případů přiblížit fungování a poslání organizací tohoto typu. Dalším cílem je přiblížení pořádání a průběhu rekondičního pobytu. Snažím se zde zodpovědět otázku, zda mají tyto pobyty prostřednictvím svých programů a tematických aktivit výchovné, vzdělávací a integrační funkce a zda mají pozitivní vliv na osobnostní a dovednostní rozvoj handicapovaných dětí a mládeže.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the nonprofit sector of the Czech Republic. It´s empiric part is focused on nonprofit organisations providing services to handicapped children. The First part is dedicated to the general theory and defining this section of the life of society. I follow up with defining and characterising the concept, state of the most common terms and definitions of the nonprofit sector as well as dividing the areas of interest according to the most essential criterias. I further deal with the nonprofit sector of the Czech Republic in the second part. I go in for history of the nonprofit sector within the area of the Czech Republic, the key aspects which had the most essential influence on it´s development and which heritage and consequences are being projected to the present. I also pay attention to the analysis of the current state of the nonprofit sector of the Czech Republic. I analyse the data from the satelite account of the nonprofit institutions dated to years 20052011 as well as the data related to the nonprofit sector. I familiarise with four basic legal types of the nonprofit organisations currently existing in the Czech republic and with the most important factors for tracing the size and state of the organised civil society. The third part is fully empiric following up my own research. As a data sourse I have used the results of my own observation, interviews and questionaires. This part of my work contains as first a case study of one particular nonprofit organisation, which provides service and help to disabled children. The next case study is about a summer reconditioning camp for disabled children and young. The objective of this part of my work by using these specific cases is to bring near the way of functioning and an aim of such organisations. The next purpose is to bring up the function and process of such reconditioning camps. I try to answer the question whether these camps through their programes and themed activities have the educational, pedagogic and integrational functions as well as a positive influence on a personal and skill development of disabled children and young.
