Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá cenzurou překladů. Stručně popisuje historii cenzury obecně a určuje tři hlavní motivace k cenzuře překladů. Dále jsou popsány různé možnosti kategorizace cenzury a typy cenzurních zásahů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována cenzuře v komunistickém Československu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with censorship of translations. It provides a short description of censorship’s origins and identifies three main motivations for censorship of translations. Different categorizations of censorship, as well as types of censorial interventions are also described. Special focus is on censorship in the communist Czechoslovakia.
