Práce předkládá doporučený postup při vytýkání vad v rámci uplatňování práv z vadného plnění smlouvy o dílo v režimu zákona č. 89/2012 Sb. občanského zákoníku. Text pojednává o včasném vytýkání vad zjevných a vad skrytých jako o hlavním zachovávacím úkonu s důrazem na zákonem předepsanou odbornou péče a také péči dostatečnou. The thesis submits the recommendations of the procedure of the notification of the defects in connection with rights of the defects of the contracts of work under Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll. The text discusses the obvious and hidden defects, as main sustaining acts of rights, with an emphasis on statutory professional care and also adequate care.
