Hlavním cílem této práce je zmapovat situaci honestiores a humiliores za principátu. Blíže se zabývá tím, jak se profilovala diferenciace mezi těmito dvěma skupinami v rámci trestního práva. The main aim of this thesis lies in analyzing the distinctions between two classes of citizens, honestiores and humiliores, during the era of Roman Empire called principate.
